I’m Charlie, founder of Stimulus Personal Training.

I started coaching as Charlie Jones PT in Milton Keynes in 2017, after seeing the powerful impact training can have—not just physically, but mentally too. When done properly, fitness helps you look better, feel better, and handle the demands of everyday life.

But I’ve also seen what doesn’t work.

Many gyms in Milton Keynes and large group training classes push a low-calorie, high-output approach. While this may deliver short-term results, it often leads to burnout, frustration, and people starting over again.

I’ve also seen the lack of support and community in many commercial gyms.

That’s why I created Stimulus—to offer a better standard of personal training in Bletchley and Milton Keynes.
